Dr. Clinton Lee, PT, DPT CSCS
Founder & Owner


B.S. in Biology, Lehigh University
Doctor of Physical Therapy, Stony Brook University

Clinton is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a Level I Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) certified practitioner, a certified Functional Range Conditioning® Mobility Specialist through Functional Anatomy Seminars and a former StrongFirst Level I Kettlebell Instructor. He has served as an adjunct instructor professor and teaching assistant for Long Island University's Doctor of Physical Therapy program.

Clinton enjoys providing individualized, evidence-informed physical therapy care and incorporating strengthening and conditioning principles in his rehabilitation approach.

In his spare time, Clinton enjoys traveling, basketball, reading, running, hiking, strength training and spending time with family. He a member of the USA Powerlifting Association and enjoys competing in both local and national-level powerlifting meets. Additionally, he has competed in recreational half marathons, olympic-distance triathlons and competitive dragon boating regattas in the past. He is also very much a lover of animals and loves spending time with his adopted rescue dogs Oliver and Gracie.

Dr. John Amato PT, DPT

Doctor of Physical Therapy, Touro College

Dr John Amato is a native New Yorker who earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Touro College - Manhattan in 2021. Prior to receiving his doctorate, John earned a bachelor's degree in Health Sciences from Touro and a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Manhattan College in Riverdale, New York. During his undergraduate and graduate studies, John participated in several research studies including one that dealt with the effects of Blood Flow Restriction training on strength and hypertrophy.

John's passion for health and wellness started from a lifelong engagement in sport and exercise. John has worked as a strength coach and running coach - helping his clients achieve a multitude of fitness goals ranging from competitions in powerlifting to completing marathons. He is also a certified USA Triathlon Level 1 coach and has engaged in a plethora of continuing education involving the fitness athlete. John believes in utilizing a comprehensive and evidence-based approach to his treatments, and takes pride in bringing his coaching background into the clinic to help clients achieve their highest level of performance.

When he isn't treating, you can find John strength training in his home gym, running on the Coney Island boardwalk, bike riding the hills of the Palisades, or finding any other way to stay active.
